The Stand Up / PIED program is a 12-week intensive Fall prevention program for people of 65 years old and over. The program aims to help seniors improve their balance, flexibility and leg strength, maintain healthy bones and bolster their self-confidence. The program involves two weekly group exercises led by a health and exercise professional (kinesiologist).

The Fall 2017 session of the Stand Up program will be offered at the following locations in the territory of the previous CSSS de la Montagne. Registrations are currently under way and are done directly through these organizations. Please check with them to register.
